Victor Banks is a graduate of Syracuse University with a BA degree in Economics. He is a certified “Realtor” with the National Association of Realtors. He has additional certifications as a CPE, Certified Probate Expert, and SFR, Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource

He handles all aspects of a real estate sales transactions from initial consultation through closing.  Prepare appraisals using comparative analysis approach to determine market value, and customized marketing plans for each individual property to obtain maximum sale price.  Negotiate legal and financial terms in order to bring deals to closing.
